I recently had the pleasure of hiring GUARDIAN SOUTH LLC for a thorough cleaning of my rental home, and I must say, I am beyond impressed with the quality of their service. From start to finish, they delivered nothing short of excellence.
First and foremost, the professionalism displayed by the entire team was outstanding. They arrived on time, well-equipped, and ready to tackle any cleaning challenge. The staff members were courteous, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire process. They listened attentively to my specific cleaning needs and addressed them with utmost care and attention to detail.

We had not had our home professionally cleaned since Covid began, and while we do a decent job with day to day stuff it was in desperate need of a deep clean. I am thrilled with the job Guardian South did- they went above and beyond in every way. From getting the quote and booking, answering my questions, and the job they did at our home - we couldn't be happier!
The cleaning team was prompt, friendly, and super organized- they all wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers, which was appreciated. Their deep clean leaves no stone unturned- every item on every shelf was removed and cleaned.

I recently had an unexpected need to move and had to book movers to help fill my pod. I also needed my house cleaned. I found Guardian South on Thumbtack and luckily they move and clean. I was able to book them for both. The lady in the app was extremely prompt with her communication. On the morning of my move, The guys (Rez and Charlie) showed up right on time. They were very personable and did a great job. Quick but not too quick where some movers are. They put care into it and I didn't feel like they were just trying to get it done. Kristen did the cleaning for me and they did a great job cleaning as well. This is also a company that hires veterans and is owned by veterans. I support this company and would recommend them to anyone! Good movers are hard to find and these guys are great.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I had a confirmed appointment with Guardian South on a Thursday,10/24, because I had to be out of my house on Friday 10/25. After I had a confirmed appointment for Thursday, I saw message on Wednesday, 10/23, that the earliest they could help would be Saturday. So, to be polite, I replied "I already have you guys confirmed for tomorrow at two".
They responded saying they were sorry they couldn't help me and cancelled my appointment. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk that up to misunderstanding, but when I within 5 minutes of them cancelling my appointment I was told that they were no longer available. That is what makes it rather suspicious that me appointment was cancelled for no apparent reason.
Seems to me like they double booked or decided to take a different appointment. After telling the female, who I assume was the owner, that I had to be out of my house by Friday and that I couldn't wait until Saturday, she said she would see what she could do and call me back in an hour.
Of course, an hour later and no call. I had planned on using Guardian South to clean the house I'm moving into, but not with these business practices.

Jarrid — Thank you for sharing your experience. To reiterate, when you make a reservation at Guardian South, you select a *preferred* date and time. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you the day you make your reservation in order to confirm a date/time. When the date/time is agreed upon, along with a valid credit card on file, your appointment is secured. In this instance, no card was added when you made your reservation and you never responded to confirm appointment. We did not double book. We had little to no communication with you. We had no destination address, truck-size needed, number of movers needed, or if you agreed with the estimate.
We understand how cumbersome moving can be and so we emphasize with you and your family. We’ve been working diligently with your wife Emily to change your experience. Unfortunately, after several follow-up attempts, we haven’t received a response. We’re sorry about your unpleasant experience and we want to make sure you are happy. They are a hot mess!!! Disorganized ! Sloppy! Not careful with anything! I had broken China, damage to walls! Knicks out of nice wood furniture and antiques!! Don't hire these boys they have little experience and it shows. They are nice boys, we tipped them a lot, fed them because we felt bad for them . At the end of the move I sure wished I spent the extra and hired professionals! So many things I can't replace or repair !!

Hi Norah - Thank you for your feedback. Although it was extremely painful to read, we take all reviews seriously. When a concern to brought to our attention, we respond immediately. Strangely enough, we worked together back in November of 2019 and were unaware of any issues until now.
In your review, you mentioned you tipped the crew members really well and provided food for them for them to enjoy - those are actions of a satisfied customer. You also signed a waiver acknowledging there was no damage and your furniture was delivered in good condition. I have reason to question the validity of your review and the true intentions behind it.
Unfortunately after several attempts, we have not been able to reach an understanding on how these claims came to be. I am responding to your review publicly in order to give our potential customers some context.
